Question/Suggestion Program

When it comes to information, employees are often the greatest untapped resource in any organization. Unfortunately, many employees aren’t comfortable expressing their views. That’s why we provide a confidential Question/Suggestion program that allows employees to ask questions and to share their ideas openly, honestly and anonymously. If you want communication to be a two-way street, this is the perfect vehicle. 		 

Includes:

  • Developing a customized employee Question/Suggestion format
  • Collecting questions/suggestions from employees through mail or e-mail
  • Tracking questions/suggestions for possible release in a future publication
  • Submitting questions/suggestions to a contact within the organization regularly
  • Assisting with responses (i.e., copy editing or drafting replies and sending to employees)
