As President and CFO of CC&N, Inc. (a telecommunications solutions provider), Kirk successfully led a highly leveraged ESOP organization through difficult economic times with his innovative leadership style. During his tenure, revenues grew from $5 million to $30 million, company value grew 300% and the employee base grew from 50 employees at two locations to 225 at seven locations. Under Kirk’s leadership, CC&N was also named “Waukesha County Business of the Year” in 2004.
Most recently, as President and CFO of ProcessWorks, Inc. (a third-party benefits administrator), Kirk engaged the management team in the results of the business and its culture, driving record results in 2005 and 2006. In addition, the company’s revenue grew at a 40% annual rate and the employee base grew from 30 employees to 55. < Back |
